heh heh diary product testing yesterday for food science lesson (^.^)tasted all kinds of diary products from milk to cheese...
first we tried some milk, starting from whole milk(2-3% butterfat content) den half and half. after that we tried cream... first whipping cream(34%butter fat) den we had sour cream...
and after these, the fun part came! cheese testing!
cottage cheese, common cheese for spreading on bread, coarse texture...
Feta cheese, nice to start with, bad aftertaste lol, some said it tasted bitter
Smoked gouda, or wat u call smoked cheese, had a taste somewhat similar to ham and beacon
cheddar cheese, appears in white or orangy colour, has a saltish taste
origano or parmesan i forgot liao lol... mr kwok say this one quite expensive... lol smell like pineapples if u ask me...it taste not bad...
blue cheese! the one with molds on it... it smells like marker ink and the first bite on it tasted really bad, if i didn see how it looked like i would probably say i was fed solid paint... but this cheese actually tasted quite nice after u eat it slowly and enjoy it... worth a try...
haha if got anymore testing i will try to take picture and put here... XD
