i really don't know how to start this post, but i feel that i had to type it all out here, at least, to feel better...
just came back from my aunt's house as i was helping her with an errant, and on the way, i saw my aunt's son( my cousin) and he told me, ah po don have much time left...
these words just wired to my mind, and i was at that moment unable to speak...
it all happened frm the day before, my ah po was a heavy drinker cause of the lacking of attention in the house, thinking of drinking just to numb herself...and she got so drunk she falled twice the day before and yesterday, she ended up unable to stand, walk or even turn on the bed... therefore my aunt decided to send her to the hospital my cousin was working at... at that moment my cousin told me she ahd little time left, i couldn't think of an answer and only said 'okay, i will tell mummy' now i am at home, i really don't know how i shld blurt this news to her.... my grandfather just passed away 2months ago and now this... life isn't so strong isn't it... i just don't know why me a 17 year old has to face two tragedies together this year... all i hope for now is that no bad news comes.........

heh heh diary product testing yesterday for food science lesson (^.^)
tasted all kinds of diary products from milk to cheese...
first we tried some milk, starting from whole milk(2-3% butterfat content) den half and half. after that we tried cream... first whipping cream(34%butter fat) den we had sour cream...
and after these, the fun part came! cheese testing!

cottage cheese, common cheese for spreading on bread, coarse texture...
Feta cheese, nice to start with, bad aftertaste lol, some said it tasted bitter
Smoked gouda, or wat u call smoked cheese, had a taste somewhat similar to ham and beacon
cheddar cheese, appears in white or orangy colour, has a saltish taste
origano or parmesan i forgot liao lol... mr kwok say this one quite expensive... lol smell like pineapples if u ask me...
it taste not bad...

blue cheese! the one with molds on it... it smells like marker ink and the first bite on it tasted really bad, if i didn see how it looked like i would probably say i was fed solid paint... but this cheese actually tasted quite nice after u eat it slowly and enjoy it... worth a try...

wahaha! updates! went to hotpot culture on thurs! woo fun day sia! hehe got a stomachful of good food lol! probably i will upload the pictures later haha,when i get them together of course... anyway after dinner, we went to play at the arcade. pool, table football, shooting games, anything in the arcade u can think of lol... den after that we went out to slack and sat around talking abt school happenings... den darrick told them abt the lecture i had in ob, talking abt a student with low self monintoring and esteem leading to his breakdown... lol guess what i said xD(repair lor?!) gwafff! in the end some of my course mates said, eh cher can continue liao... lol anyway later got work, cyah guys later! =DD

woo yesterday went to see chronicles of narnia prince caspian lol super high sia! gosh i recomend this to everyone! its good!ok heres some trailers and some storyline of it...

Ok... the story starts off with the four king and queens of narnia who returned back to their world and were waiting for the people of narnia to call them back, and it happened. the story slowly uncovers as they reach narnia as they find that prince caspian's uncle midas tried to kill him to usurp the throne as king.

Happy Belated Birthday to Yan Qing! xD

recently china got hit by this super damn big earthquake of a major aftershock of 8.0M... and it struck alot on me when i watch this charity show on sunday whereby they talked abt these victims on the show... one of this super saddening story is the one that said about a women under the debris of the destruction caused by the earthquake.

the strange thing was that the women was dead in such a position that she was appeared to look as if she was kneeling on the floor. But in true fact she was actually protecting her child. and they found a handphone on her... these words were found to be keyed on the phone...

my dearest baby, if you can live through this, you have to remember that I love you.

can u imagine that? super touching words...
i feel damn fortunate we are living in singapore sia... anyway i hope for the best for the people in SzeChuan.... for the injured i hope that they would recover soon and for the those who still have not find their loved one i pray hard they will find them super soon... for the victims who perished in the earthquake, i hope that they would rest in peace... night guys!

wooo had CCN day last friday, don't ask me wat it stands for, i really donno. but it seems to me that it is like a charity fair lah... hmm anyway i went to support yingying's and samantha's stall and bought some of their products... and yingying did some henna painting on her hands, lol she did on both but i forgot to take the other hand...
honestly speaking, the other hand looks nicer... lol and yingying paid for more to do up this hand lol...

den on sat i went fishing with my mum and my aunt, with her niece(damn noisy)....
got a big fish and lol a flower crab...

look like monkfish rite, nope it isn't.
eh sia lah it looks like very small but its as long as my arm ok!
and flower crabs! uh the small one not caught by rod, they are netted... the big one i thought i hooked onto a bag of rubbish but den my aunt saw it and say is a crab... lol mind you it wasn't hooked as like the hook is in its mouth, it was just grabbing onto the line lol... anyway later i am probably going to make some nice food to eat, since i got my own book of recipes xD....

Purely disgusted on friday when i came back from temasek poly by mrt... as we(me and darrick)were going reaching jurong east mrt station...

me: eh how come there is water on the floor ah?
darrick: donno leh...
me:(traces the water back to its "source")*whispers* eh darrick look at that indian man's feet(note! i am not trying to be racist here, if it happens to be a chinese man i will say it also)
me: wah lan! that man urinating!*maybe not so loud...only darrick hear it...

den we reached jurong east...(note! there are also tons of people in there, some noticed the water but still din noe it was urine...[poor people])
when darrick leave the train i tell him creful not to step on the water...

wah lao its damn disgusting lah this man, urinating in the cabin...
i am not just pointing my finger at him without proof lor, there were three things that proof he did commit that disgusting act...

1. he has no bottles watsoever on him,no bags no nothing.
2. he was standing in an awkward manner(guys should noe wat i mean)
3. the water was traced back to him, not in little amount but he was actually on a puddle of water, in addition he is STILL contributing to the puddle...

wah piang like that also can?! i mean, if u are really urgent u shld have got off the stop and go to the washroom lah...wtf? stand there and let it all out? its really inconsiderate lah think abt it, we are all using the mrt lah doing this causes alot of discomfort for us lah...

ok enough bad things, i went back to work at chevrons! yay! see all my colleges so happy sia... all nice people... hmmm we had an mp to join the event dinner as guest of honour and also a person from the tourism industry, health promotion board.

haha today we had a hard day, but the last two hours was very enjoyable with our Org. Bev. lecturer mr leong. hes damn funny lah... and we learned the poin abt perception affecting out behavior... he showed us some video examples for the points in perception...
the first vid i am showing now is abt how perception affects our actions which reflects our behaviour....

the second video is also much of the same as the first and most people may have watched this before... xD

this one is the one i like the most and its the funniest one...this one is abt perceptual defence, where by a person is used to a certain situation and when he or she is introduced to a newer one their mind cannot recognise another way to face it or rather to simply put it, its become a habit...

gosh now i feel damn stuck up for cash man... everything is money T.T wah piang our textbook alone cost a few hundred bucks( together lah... not one book a few hundred... if really like that i am gonna jump off raffles hotel[tallest building in singapore]their lifts move like rockets,scary. >.<) den i nth to do so i go ask abt our cost for the knife set and our daily wear for lesson for next yr and found out i cost abt 2-3hundred for knife sets and 3-4 hundred for out chef and waiter suit... >.< wah high lah where to get money buy dem... must beg frm my parents to get the money liao lolz... hmm this few days pretty lack of sleep due to going to tp early in the morning and coming back late... i nearly overslept on fri (-.- even though the lesson was at 12...) hmmm better get some rest... nitez ppl! yay! 150th post! hmm yesterday night went out with my colleague,"girlfriend","wife to be",xue en xiao jie... haha nice looking name rite? anyway we went for movies at 9.30pm she was thinking of buying durian puff for her family but den damn costly lah the puff... [$9, 0.0 lol didn't dare to go in to buy, just in case it cost $9 per puff,lol] hmm we watched the movie, Le Grand Chef, some parts are super funny and some are pretty sad lah... a little mix of both... oh btw when we got to the entrance we saw madeleine(haha so shes working there, and darrick also planing to work there lol) hmm when we left we missed the mrt so we took taxi back home... on the way back i found that i got a bit gong...

Haha! Today go Jurong Point watch Harry Potter and the Order Of The Phoenix... Very nice show, alot of humor... :D Then after that i went out for dinner with my family and then my father started this conversation about having good character is better than having extremely good academic results without respecting other people...
